1. WHERE ARE YOU BASED? 

Look Back Prints is a small family business. We live and work in lovely San Diego County, California. Our passion for photography and preserving memories drives everything we do. We believe that every photo tells a unique story, and our mission is to help you capture and cherish those special moments in a lasting way.

2. HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

We ship out new orders within 1-2 business days, and we send all packages via UPS or USPS so typically they'll reach their final destination in less than a week within the USA. It can take longer during holiday season or if the amount of orders is larger than usual. 

Expedited service is also available as an option during checkout 

3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know using our contact us form. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

4. HOW CAN I UPLOAD MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE SAME PHOTO?

  • Click the “Add photos” button and select the photos you like from your device. Crop them if needed.
  • To add more copies of an already uploaded photo, simply click the “Add photos” button again and reselect the same photo. Repeat this step as many times as needed

6. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We’re currently in the process of setting up international shipping. Stay tuned for updates, and we will soon be able to deliver our custom photo magnets to customers around the world!
